Co-Operative Buying Participant 

Cooperative buying is a program that gives colleges, universities and high schools the ability to merge their buying power in exchange for lower prices and the sharing of travel expenses with other schools. Blocks of engagement dates are booked within a specified time period. Isolated - A single date, usually not including travel and lodging. 2 of 3 days, 3 of 5 days and 5 of 7 days are most common when participating in this program.

For colleges who are members of the APCA: Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities, additional discounts may apply if booked within 21 days of an APCA conference. The College Safety Zone would be more than happy to assist your schools activities delegates with any needs they may have.
